Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Reservations will only be considered confirmed with receipt of your deposit. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All packages require a 50% deposit. Lodge Rental for self-guided groups requires the entire payment in full and is also NON-REFUNDABLE.

The balance of all payment is required 90 days prior to trip date. We reserve the right to refund if payment is not received when due. Written cancellations for individual packages prior to the 90 day deadline will be refunded minus a $250 administration fee. Cancellations received after the 90 day deadline are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be refunded; however you may transfer your reservation to another week depending on availability.

Discounts are available to group leaders under certain circumstances. If a leader organizes a fully guided group of twelve, the leader will receive his or her trip free of charge. If a leader organizes a self-guided group of at least eight people, he or she will receive free helicopter transport.

In the rare event that inclement weather makes our standard helicopter flight pattern unsafe, we reserve the right to apply a surcharge for additional helicopter flight time. An alternate route into our lodge can be flown when visibility is low. The alternate route adds approximately 10-12 minutes of flight time. We exercise this option approximately once per season and bill those clients accordingly.

Trip Insurance

We encourage all guests to purchase trip cancellation insurance. This protects guests against cancellations due to any unforeseen medical issues (unexpected pregnancies included!).  You may discuss and/or purchase insurance from Carla Wilson at ATCO Travel in Calgary. Carla can be reached at:
